Types of Reports for review

Trade Level Review

• • Trade Level Review (TLR) allows users to review individual or multiple records easily, using various data filtering and export options (PDF, CSV, etc.).

Trade Error Reporting

• • This feature allows the trader and salesperson to place error requests. Depending on the criteria selected, the request transfers to different departments for review and approval, and these requests filter into beta systems.

Cancel / Rebill

• • This feature allows the trader and salesperson to place cancel & rebill requests and follows a customized and seamless workflow for review and approvals.
